What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, organization (optional), the inquiry-type category you select, and the free-text message you write. Our server also records your IP address and browser user-agent string at the moment of submission for spam-protection and audit purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to follow up about partnership, scientific collaboration, or media engagement. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained indefinitely so we can maintain continuity in long-running partnership conversations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact address below.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of any inaccuracies, or deletion of your data. Email privacy@virentisbio.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection (no cookies set; processes a one-time verification token), Resend for outgoing email, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting (with cookieless Vercel Analytics), and Sentry for error monitoring.
